EMW, Inc. is seeking a CIS Security Engineer to join their team in a critical role managing security for NATO-affiliated networks. This position requires handling sensitive security operations with a NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance. The role involves maintaining Active Directory security, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with NATO security policies. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in network security with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. This is a contract position running from February 2025 to December 2025, requiring 100% on-site presence in Mons, Belgium. Responsibilities For CIS Security Engineer
- CIS Security Officer role for a large CIS network managed by the Agency
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the CIS security accreditation document set
- Maintain and operate the Active Directory (AD) security solutions and tools
- Provide expert advice on information security posture
- Ensure adequate level of systems/data protection in accordance with NATO Security policies
- Conduct remediation activities
- Conduct internal vulnerability assessment testing
- Provide feedback and guidance to senior management
Requirements For CIS Security Engineer
- Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and enterprise networks security
- Comprehensive knowledge of computers and communication security
- Experience with CIS Security protective measures in Active Directory environments
- Experience with Cyber Hygiene and Critical Security Controls
- Knowledge of NATO CIS Security accreditation process
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Strong writing and reporting skills

- Technical expertise in security technologies
