EMW, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for their office in The Hague, Netherlands. This hybrid role requires 75% on-site presence and an active NATO SECRET clearance. The position focuses on developing and maintaining software applications using modern technologies like C#, .NET 8, and Blazor within a modular monolith architecture. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in .NET development and 2+ years with Blazor and container technologies. This role offers an opportunity to work on mission-critical applications while ensuring high security standards and compliance with NATO regulations. The position runs from February 2025 to December 2025, offering a chance to work on sophisticated technical challenges while contributing to important NATO initiatives.
Responsibilities For CQO-ASB Full Stack Developer
- Collaborate with the team to analyse requirements and design technical solutions
- Develop and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, and Blazor
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for applications
- Develop and maintain Modular Monolith architecture
- Design and maintain REST and RPC style APIs
- Ensure code quality through reviews and refactoring
- Optimize application performance
- Implement security best practices
- Manage and scale databases
- Enhance user interface and experience
- Ensure compliance with NATO standards and regulations
Requirements For CQO-ASB Full Stack Developer
- Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Strong full stack developer with proven experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, and Blazor
- Familiarity with modular monolith architecture
- 5+ years experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, T-SQL, Unit Testing
- 2+ years experience with Blazor, Modular Monolith, Event driven architecture, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
