Responsibilities For AWS Cloud Lead Developer

  • Deliver cloud use cases based on defined architecture and framework
  • Develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services
  • Lead team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and mentoring
  • Peer review code, ensuring quality and maintainability
  • Connect with Architects and business users to clarify requirements
  • Identify necessary development tools and environment
  • Execute sprint plans based on feature release plan
  • First point of contact to interact with external teams
  • Conduct training for deployment and Operations teams
  • Implement security best practices and IAM policies

Requirements For AWS Cloud Lead Developer

Kubernetes
  • 16+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of AWS well architected framework (5-6 years)
  • Experience in building Public/hybrid cloud solutions with AWS (6-7 years)
  • Expert in IaC using CloudFormation and Terraform/Terragrunt (5-6 years)
  • Expert in deploying and managing solutions with Containers Services (3-4 years)
  • Very Good understanding of Cloud observability using CloudWatch
  • Experience in automation techniques using EventBridge, System Manager and Lambda (5-6 years)
  • Experience in building products using enterprise integration patterns (6-7 years)
  • Expert in software development practices including Git, Agile, Scrum and Kanban (6-7 years)
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools with AWS and Git (4-5 years)
  • Experience in working with Ansible and Jenkins (5-6 years)
  • Must have AWS Developer and Solution Architect certification
