As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Extend, you'll be the primary interface between customers and Extend. We're seeking engineers who:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create customer engagement playbooks and incorporate feedback across teams
• Build strong relationships with end users, including on-site visits
• Identify and solve unstructured data challenges within organizations
• Own large areas of customer success with enterprise clients
• Work directly with leadership to build and scale the team

Technical Challenges:

• Enterprise AI deployment confidence building
• Handling edge cases in customer data
• Enabling non-technical experts to train models
• Developing prompt engineering expertise
• Optimizing latency, cost, and performance tradeoffs
