Director Machine Learning Ops Engineer

Fidelity Labs, the in-house fintech incubator of Fidelity Investments, is seeking a Director of ML Ops Engineer for their Catchlight startup. This role is crucial for the continued success and growth of Catchlight, a software solution launched in January 2022 that helps financial advisors prioritize and optimize their leads and prospects.

The position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight of ML infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining next-generation ML platforms while working closely with technical leads, infrastructure engineers, and data scientists. The role requires extensive experience in distributed systems, data infrastructure, and ML operations, with strong expertise in Python, AWS Sagemaker, and core ML concepts.
