Fidelity Investments, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their technology team in Boston. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Archer GRC applications, combining both technical expertise and financial sector knowledge.
The position involves working with various Archer modules including Issue Management, Policy Management, Authoritative Sources, Risk Management, and Vendor Management. You'll be responsible for designing complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs), creating workflows, and implementing custom functionality using jQuery/JavaScript and SQL.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be working on multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing original technical solutions, designing applications across multiple platforms, and performing comprehensive testing throughout the development lifecycle. You'll also be involved in establishing project plans and conducting complex technical analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering with at least 3 years of experience, particularly in developing modules and solutions in Archer GRC. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field is required. Experience with RESTful APIs, data feed management, and shell scripting is essential.

Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts
- Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms
- Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives
- Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation
- Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing
- Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
- Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems
- Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope
- Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project
- Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis
Requirements For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 3 years experience
- Expertise configuring advanced workflows, data driven events, access controls
- Experience developing and maintaining custom solutions using JavaScript and SQL
- Experience integrating Archer with external systems and data sources
- Experience with RESTful API, data feed manager, and shell scripting
- Experience performing Agile coaching and mentoring in a financial environment
