Responsibilities For Technical Operations Engineer

  • Write code and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks
  • Act as primary responder to technical incidents and analyze root causes
  • Support internal IT processes with focus on automation
  • Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks
  • Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and compliance standards
  • Work closely with Engineering, Customer Support, and Product teams
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration and procedures

Requirements For Technical Operations Engineer

  • 2+ years in TechOps, IT, Engineering, or DevOps role
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript plus basic software engineering knowledge
