Description For Sales Engineer

Frontify is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their diverse team of generalists. As the ultimate product expert, you'll be the go-to person for detailed instructions and guidance on Frontify's capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally, bridging gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business.

Your mission includes positioning Frontify for various use cases, finding creative workarounds, and adding valuable insights to the product strategy based on customer interactions. You'll collaborate with Enablement, Education, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to generate scalable material and courses.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS world. You should be a quick study, able to onboard new platforms and technical concepts rapidly. Experience with visual and layout tools like Figma, InDesign, and Sketch is a plus. You'll need to absorb technical concepts easily, as advising on integrations, API, and SDK will be part of your tasks.

Responsibilities For Sales Engineer

  • Be the ultimate product expert for Frontify
  • Position Frontify for various use cases during commercial team pitches
  • Find creative workarounds and alternative ways of using the platform
  • Add valuable insights for product strategy based on customer interactions
  • Advise on using Frontify with other tools through integrations, plugins, or separately
  • Learn and advise on Frontify's API and SDK
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Education, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams
  • Generate scalable material and courses
  • Continuously expand support for commercial teams

Requirements For Sales Engineer

  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in New York or within commuting distance
  • Around 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer success role, ideally in the SaaS world
  • Love working with people – previous commercial experience is required
  • Quick study with experience in rapidly onboarding to new platforms/technical concepts
  • Enjoy taking on design and creative challenges
  • Ability to absorb technical concepts with ease
  • Always looking to optimize and enhance efforts and processes
  • Learn new tools/programs with ease and clearly communicate their value
  • Fluent in English
