Frontify is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their diverse team of generalists. As the ultimate product expert, you'll be the go-to person for detailed instructions and guidance on Frontify's capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally, bridging gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business.
Your mission includes positioning Frontify for various use cases, finding creative workarounds, and adding valuable insights to the product strategy based on customer interactions. You'll collaborate with Enablement, Education, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to generate scalable material and courses.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS world. You should be a quick study, able to onboard new platforms and technical concepts rapidly. Experience with visual and layout tools like Figma, InDesign, and Sketch is a plus. You'll need to absorb technical concepts easily, as advising on integrations, API, and SDK will be part of your tasks.
