Fullstory is seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join their Application Experience team, focusing on building systems and features that deliver a consistent experience across all Fullstory products. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in React, TypeScript, and Go. The position involves architecting scalable systems handling hundreds of thousands of requests per second, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer
- Collaborate with Design, PM, and Engineering teammates to plan, architect, and build complex features
- Architect and scale systems operating at hundreds of thousands of requests per second
- Lead cross-functional end-to-end projects
- Maintain and troubleshoot parts of Fullstory's production environment
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive improvements to engineering processes, tooling, and best practices
Requirements For Staff Software Engineer
- Passion for building systems and experiences with excellent UX
- Extensive experience building enterprise-grade solutions and web systems at scale
- Problem-solving skills and ability to challenge status quo
- Proven ability to lead and mentor other engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience writing Go code in production environment
- English language fluency
- Experience with multi-product architecture, RBAC and access control systems, or SCIM (nice to have)
