We're seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead data modelling excellence within our core Business Intelligence team.
In this role, you'll own and develop critical data models, mentor our Analytical function, and deliver data-driven solutions to complex business problems. You'll work primarily with dbt Cloud on Snowflake, with downstream consumption in Power BI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing logical and physical data models
- Designing data transformation pipelines
- Ensuring documentation excellence
- Identifying opportunities to enhance our analytical data landscape
- Acting as a community leader within our business user base
- Ensuring compute and cost-efficient modelling processes
- Translating stakeholder requirements into actionable data models
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical discipline, highly proficient in dbt (ideally Cloud), with extensive knowledge of dimensional modelling techniques. You should be comfortable with initial ambiguity and adept at distilling complex problems into deliverable actions.

Requirements For Senior Analytics Engineer
- 5+ years' experience in relevant technical discipline
- Highly proficient and experienced user of dbt (ideally Cloud)
- Extensive knowledge of dimensional modelling techniques
- Significant experience with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Gitlab, Fivetran
- Comfortable with initial ambiguity of problem statements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
