Description For Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain, Technical Infrastructure

Google's Business Systems Integration team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to focus on GCP/TI Program and Project Management systems. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams and developing application system integrations that drive project and portfolio management, resource management systems, and efficiencies for Google's technical infrastructure. The position requires working with both proprietary and third-party applications, managing cross-functional projects, and implementing solutions that support project, portfolio, and resource management.

  • Take ownership over projects, track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements
  • Design medium-complexity solutions independently
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system solution designs
  • Work with business teams and Lead Business Systems Analysts to contribute to product roadmaps

Requirements For Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain, Technical Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
  • 3 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Experience with data analysis, domain critical KPIs, and reporting/dashboarding
  • Ability to independently drive projects to completion
  • Excellent technical process analysis skills
