The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $99,000-$145,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements For Data Center Operations Facilities Manager
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in operations, data center, or facility operations experience
- 2 years of experience in critical facilities management, including facility, technical, and team management
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
