Description For Datapath and Database Engineer, System Test, Raxium

Google's Raxium team is at the forefront of developing next-generation AR display technology, focusing on efficient, ultra-dense monolithic RGB microLED displays. This role combines database engineering with hardware testing, making it an unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge display technology. Responsibilities For Datapath and Database Engineer, System Test, Raxium

  • Support and improve existing data flow including: test data architecture (Python, SQL Server and PostgreSQL, JMP)
  • Ensure that data platforms and architecture meet the needs of fast moving production and Research and Development environments
  • Collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams to address data needs
  • Work with Test Engineering and Reliability teams to enhance test data frameworks
  • Create secure, structured data paths for interactions with customers and partners while maintaining IP security

Requirements For Datapath and Database Engineer, System Test, Raxium

Python

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience developing or managing data systems, or 3 years with an advanced degree
  • Experience in database development including ETL tools and SQL programming
