As an Enterprise AI Infrastructure Field Solution Architect, you'll work with industry-leading AI/ML accelerators (TPU/GPU) to help customers innovate and implement state-of-the-art solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed training, and machine learning operations, making it perfect for those with both technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $147,000 to $216,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. This position offers the chance to work with top customers across multiple locations, including major tech hubs like New York, Boston, and London.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure, strong programming skills in Python, and extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks and orchestration tools. You'll need to be comfortable with both the technical aspects of AI infrastructure and the strategic elements of customer engagement.

Responsibilities For Field Solution Architect II, AI Infrastructure, North, Google Cloud
- Become trusted advisors to top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their cloud strategy
- Design large-scale training and inferencing platforms
- Demonstrate Google Cloud differentiation through POCs, feature demonstrations, and performance optimization
- Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams
- Influence Google Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML
- Travel to customer sites and events as needed
Requirements For Field Solution Architect II, AI Infrastructure, North, Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure
- Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs
- Experience coding in Python, bash scripting, and using OSS frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax
- Experience with orchestrators such as Slurm or Kubernetes
- Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models
