Description For MicroLED Display Product Engineer

Google's Raxium display group is at the forefront of revolutionary semiconductor materials display technology, specifically focused on microLED displays for augmented reality (AR) and light-field display applications. As a MicroLED Display Product Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of display technology from their state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley.

The role involves ensuring the performance and quality of microLED display products, requiring deep technical expertise in analyzing display test data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities For MicroLED Display Product Engineer

  • Identify flaws and issues with hardware components and implement corrective solutions
  • Analyze complex data streams to identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and extract valuable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing requirements and optimize test setups
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of test data

Requirements For MicroLED Display Product Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience working in a technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Experience with analyzing product data, specifications, yields, requirements, and trade-offs
  • Experience with designing and implementing scalable solutions for production ramp-up
  • Familiarity with microLED device fabrication and characterization, and display technologies and product applications
