Description For Product Support Engineer

Google is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their gTech team, which plays a crucial role in bringing Google's products and services to life through customer support and technical solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer support, focusing on Google's AI-driven advertising products, particularly Performance Max.

The position requires a strong technical foundation with experience in SQL, data analytics, and web technologies. The ideal candidate will develop automation tools for diagnostics and debugging, analyze data to identify patterns and solutions, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve product features and user experience.

Key responsibilities include developing technical solutions, providing expert guidance on Google's ad products, conducting data analysis to drive operational improvements, and creating automation tools to enhance support efficiency. The role requires both technical skills and customer-facing abilities, as you'll need to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in technical project management, solution engineering, or technical consulting who wants to impact Google's product ecosystem directly. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge advertising technology and the chance to work with cross-functional teams while solving complex technical challenges.

The position requires flexibility with working hours to accommodate customer needs and is based in either Hyderabad or Gurugram, India. The role combines technical problem-solving with customer support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical work and stakeholder interaction.
