Senior Product Manager, Payments Platform Compliance

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Payments Platform Compliance initiatives. This role is crucial for meeting regulatory requirements and driving business sustainability. The position focuses on building innovative capabilities for Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions Screening, and Know Your Customer (KYC) systems.

The role involves partnering with Google businesses to understand and address regulatory compliance needs, developing product strategies, and building roadmaps. Collaboration with financial compliance investigators, engineers, data scientists, and program managers is key.

The Payments team at Google is dedicated to revolutionizing payment experiences, whether through Autofill online payments, tap-and-pay in stores, or the Google Pay app. Beyond consumer-facing solutions, the team manages money movement between Google and its stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $183,000-$271,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of product management experience, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.
