Description For Senior Staff Software Engineer, Onboarding, Product Led Growth

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for their Onboarding and Product Led Growth team. This role is part of the Application Ecosystem (AppEco) organization, which focuses on engaging the developer community, enabling quick customer onboarding, and accelerating digital transformation journeys.

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling prospects and customers of all segments and sizes to quickly and easily onboard Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will provide technical leadership, drive expanded product usage and adoption through AI/ML-driven solutions, and develop technology strategies for a platform enabling growth across Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical leadership across the Google Cloud onboarding and product led growth organization.
  2. Driving expanded product usage and adoption through technological solutions driven by AI/ML.
  3. Developing technology strategy and phased plans for a platform enabling growth across Google Cloud.
  4. Partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and deliver customer value.
  5. Identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML, including Generative AI, to improve cloud experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud technologies. Experience with Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms is preferred, as well as expertise in building large-scale distributed systems.
