Software Engineer III, Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform

Google Cloud Platform is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their Infrastructure team. This role focuses on developing critical Platform components of enterprise-grade database products, specifically working on AlloyDB Platform. The position involves innovating in cloud-native database architecture, including serverless and connectivity platforms, specialized storage, query accelerators, and enhanced security features.

As a Software Engineer III, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing major components across the database stack, collaborating with Product Managers, and contributing to the long-term technical direction of the team. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, Go programming, and database technologies.
