Software Engineer III, Infrastructure, Google TV

Google TV is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their Infrastructure team to help redefine the TV experience. This role is critical in making TV highly personalized, Google-smart, and content-forward. The position involves working on Chromecast with Google TV and scaling across the OEM ecosystem, collaborating with third-party streaming partners and various Google teams including Ads, Play, and YouTube.

As a Software Engineer III, you'll be responsible for developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems that power Google TV's services reaching over 110 million active users. The role requires expertise in software development, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. You'll work on critical projects with opportunities to switch teams as the business evolves.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in software development, system design, and debugging.
