Responsibilities For System Integrator Field Sales Manager, Google Public Sector

  • Lead a team of FSRs and build an inclusive and thriving growth culture
  • Build executive relationships with customers and influence long-term strategic direction
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
  • Represent the territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings
  • Travel to, and present at, customer meetings, conferences, and other related events

Requirements For System Integrator Field Sales Manager, Google Public Sector

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in a quota carrying role for technology, cloud or software sales
  • Experience supporting Federal Systems Integrators or Federal Government customers
  • Experience with leadership in a people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching role
  • Active US Government Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
