Tech Lead, Software Engineering, Black Community Inclusion

Google is seeking a Tech Lead for Software Engineering with a focus on Black Community Inclusion in Brazil. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on software development, requiring 8 years of software development experience and expertise in data structures/algorithms. The position involves working on critical projects that impact billions of users, developing next-generation technologies across various domains including distributed computing, large-scale system design, and artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership and team management, with the ability to design and implement large-scale distributed systems, APIs, Search Ranking systems, or ML systems.
