Responsibilities For Technical Writer, Cloud Networking

  • Design, organize, and author technical content for Cloud Networking customers, with a focus on use cases and concepts
  • Manage documentation projects and prioritize requests while working closely with partner teams
  • Demonstrate strong technical writing and leadership through content reviews, including proofreading, editing, coaching, and providing constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively, establish work processes and strategies, organize work groups, manage expectations, and report status across teams

Requirements For Technical Writer, Cloud Networking

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience creating content for technical audiences
  • Experience writing for the web with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • 1 year of experience with technical writing (preferred)
  • Experience authoring technical documentation, developer facing content, APIs, networking protocols, or network architecture (preferred)
