Grayce is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer for their Business Development Programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on major global transformation programmes across diverse industries.

Key Details:

  • Location: Rochester, Kent (on-site 3 days a week)
  • Starting Salary: £26,800
  • Programme Duration: 4 years

Role Overview: As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will:

  • Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, systems, and control instruments
  • Gain hands-on experience working directly with prestigious FTSE100, 250, and 500 organisations
  • Embark on a journey of continuous learning, gaining industry-accredited qualifications

  • 2:1 Undergraduate Degree (Electrical Engineering background is a bonus, but open to general engineering and Electronics backgrounds)

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and time effectively
