Founding Senior Software Engineer

Hadrius is revolutionizing financial compliance by building the automated back office for financial firms. Using AI, we analyze millions of data points from emails, text messages, marketing copy, investment accounts, and filings to identify regulatory violations.

As a Founding Senior Software Engineer, you'll work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system. We pride ourselves on our "hands off culture" with minimal meetings, giving engineers broad autonomy and responsibility. You'll work in-person at our lower-Manhattan NYC office, collaborating closely with the team.

Our tech stack includes Django/Python, React/Next/TypeScript, hosted on AWS. We're experiencing rapid growth, having reached $1.5M+ ARR within 12 months of YC W23 batch graduation. Currently, over 100+ financial institutions managing $400B+ AUM rely on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Push code to production on day one
• Lead by example and mentor team members
• Implement revenue-generating features
