Hadrius is revolutionizing financial compliance through AI technology, protecting over $400B+ in assets under management across 100+ financial institutions. As a Founding Senior Software Engineer, you'll join a rapidly growing startup that's transforming the financial industry's regulatory landscape.

Working directly with the founding team in our lower-Manhattan NYC office, you'll help design and build the future of the financial system from the ground floor. Our culture emphasizes autonomy and impact, with minimal meetings and broad scope for engineers to drive meaningful change. The tech stack includes Django/Python, React/Next.js/TypeScript, all hosted on AWS.
