As our AI Engineer focusing on customer service, you'll be at the forefront of transforming traditional insurance processes into efficient, AI-driven workflows. This role combines engineering excellence with practical business impact as we scale from $1.2M to $100M in run-rate ARR.

  • Direct collaboration with CEO and CTO to shape our technical strategy
  • Build sophisticated voice AI systems handling 15+ minute conversations
  • Create multi-channel customer service automation across voice, email, and chat
  • Implement advanced RAG systems for insurance knowledge retrieval

Our Technical Stack:

  • Voice & Conversational: LiveKit, Twilio, OpenPhone
  • Agent Orchestration: Mastra, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol
  • Knowledge Management: LlamaParser, RAG architecture
  • Storage: Zep AI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vector store
  • Core Engineering: TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React/Next.js, Temporal

First 90 Days Impact: You'll build our core AI customer service infrastructure, starting with voice AI capabilities, expanding to multi-channel support, and culminating in sophisticated analytics and personalization systems.
