AI Engineer

As our Founding AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building the first true Author OS. We're looking for someone who understands both the magic of storytelling and the elegance of well-architected code. You should have experience publishing books and building production AI systems that scale.

Key Requirements:

• Published at least one book (AI-assisted writing experience is a plus)
• Shipped production AI systems that scale
• Strong opinions about both story architecture and system architecture
• Vision for how AI amplifies rather than replaces human creativity

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building systems that grasp story structure deeply
• Creating real-time generation of contextually perfect creative assets
• Scaling a story graph that grows more powerful with each narrative
• Making the technology invisible while making the magic accessible
