Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join their growing team of 1000+ employees across 15 countries. As a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform, HighLevel serves over 60K agencies and 450K businesses globally. The role involves working with massive scale - handling 3 Billion+ API hits, 2 Billion+ message events monthly, and 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions, managing data warehousing, developing pipelines, and creating visualizations. The position requires strong technical expertise in tools like Redshift, Snowflake, SQL, and Python, combined with excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.

Working in a 100% remote environment (3PM – 12AM IST), you'll lead initiatives in data mastery, governance, and insights delivery. Key responsibilities include designing data pipelines, implementing data models, ensuring data integrity, and empowering stakeholders with reliable data-driven decisions.
