Responsibilities:
- Market research, development of new and support of existing customer base
- Preparation of annual sales plan per customer
- Preparation and implementation of monthly customer visit program aimed at sales development and achievement of sales and collection targets
- Daily technical support for solving customer satisfaction problems, preparation of offers, order management
- Administrative customer support, such as order taking and informing & selling new products, checking order completion, monitoring and supporting customer requests
- Reporting to Management
Requirements:
- University/Technical Institute Degree
- Experience in industrial sales
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of computers, MS Office, ERP
- Communication skills and customer-centricity
- Goal-oriented
- High negotiation skills
- Adaptability and team spirit
- Ability in proper planning and organization
