Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling projects and features with minimal guidance, focusing on high-quality, maintainable code
• Contributing to code patterns and engineering quality standards
• Writing testable and maintainable code while improving legacy code
• Demonstrating passion for software craftsmanship and best practices
• Proactively communicating within the team and resolving ambiguities
• Participating in product discovery and simplifying product and technical design

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to shipping
• Expertise in both front-end (React, Next.js, Vite, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript) and back-end (Python, Kotlin, or Node.js) development
• Experience with monorepo projects and building responsive, accessible web applications
• Strong knowledge of databases, software design principles, and CI/CD pipelines
• Product sense with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor peers and junior engineers
