The DevOps Engineer (AI / Productivity) role is a new position within the Engineering Velocity team, focused on AI enablement. The mission is to enhance developer productivity and efficiency through AI integration. The team has already implemented tools like Codeium and Windsurf IDE, and is exploring AI-powered code review solutions.

As the DevOps Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of applying AI to improve developer experience through automation, smart tooling, and workflow optimization. You'll lead initiatives that go beyond off-the-shelf solutions, driving the integration of AI into engineering processes. The role requires a strong technical foundation in DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and AI/ML, combined with excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
