Founding Engineer

Infinite is a forward-thinking company dedicated to building innovative solutions in the global payments space. As the Founding Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and success of our mission-critical software systems.

We are a stablecoin payment processor offering businesses turnkey APIs and SDKs to instantly move money anywhere in the world at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions. We're building this platform to solve pain points we have experienced for decades while building traditional financial products at scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical vision
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software systems
• Ensuring best practices in software development and code quality
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes

The ideal candidate is a passionate and driven engineer with a hacker's mindset, comfortable both leading a team and being hands-on with code. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to tackle complex challenges.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3-10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Golang, and Python
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hacker mentality
• Experience building mission-critical software systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
