Software Engineer, Backend

Inkeep is seeking a Backend Engineer to join their growing team. The company specializes in transforming documentation into AI-powered search and support copilots, serving over 100+ developer-first companies and handling 250K+ questions monthly. Their impressive client roster includes Pinecone, Postman, Anthropic, Clerk, Lemon Squeezy, PostHog, Scale, Bun, Resend, and Metabase.

As a Backend Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building and scaling the entire backend infrastructure. Your responsibilities will focus on developing data ingestion pipelines, implementing search engines, and working with vector databases to create the foundation for Inkeep's cutting-edge AI products.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Exceptional Python programming skills
• Strong understanding of various database systems (SQL, NoSQL, KV, Vector, Search)
• Experience with distributed data pipelines and scheduling systems
