Senior Software Engineer - E3

As a Senior Software Engineer - E3 at Instawork, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions. You'll work on large complex software projects, prioritize high-impact features, and collaborate with PMs and designers to build innovative solutions. You'll also provide feedback to other engineers through code reviews and technical document comments.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop and deploy scalable software solutions • Prioritize biggest bang for buck features/projects • Work on and deliver apps/large complex software projects • Support a high level of productivity in a fast-paced team environment • Collaborate with PMs and designers to find the right approach to build features • Provide feedback through code reviews and technical document comments

Requirements: • 4-7 years of professional experience with high traffic web/mobile applications • Strong coding and problem-solving skills • Expertise in frontend technologies: React, Redux, React Hook Forms, Responsive Design Systems • Understanding of modern frontend ecosystem (bundling, linting, testing, releasing) • Experience in building applications at scale, distributed systems, and relational databases • Preferred experience with Python/Django, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, React Native
