Fullstack Software Engineer

Intryc is revolutionizing customer support quality assurance through AI automation. As a fast-growing startup in the Gen AI and LLM space, we're seeking a self-starter Full Stack Engineer to join our team.

You'll be responsible for building highly scalable infrastructure using AWS and cutting-edge tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of customer support automation, working with a team that's tackling the challenge of evaluating millions of customer support tickets annually.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be:

• Architecting and implementing scalable software solutions
• Building both client-side and server-side applications
• Developing secure internal and public APIs
• Managing the full product development lifecycle
• Contributing to our high-quality codebase through development and code reviews

The ideal candidate brings:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong Python expertise and ecosystem knowledge
• Advanced frontend skills with Remix, React, and TypeScript
• Backend development experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
