Job&Talent is seeking an IT Engineer to join their IT Support team in Sweden. This role involves providing dedicated IT support to business users, ensuring smooth operations and secure systems across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring endpoint security, supporting connectivity solutions, managing user requests, and collaborating with the Global EIT team on IT initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2nd line support and system administration experience, knowledge of Google Workspace, proficiency in various operating systems, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required. Experience with OKTA administration is a plus.

Responsibilities For HQ- IT Helpdesk Engineer

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding: imaging and allocation of laptops
  • Ensure endpoint security and data protection
  • Support internet connectivity, network, and printing solutions
  • Track and update hardware within asset management tools
  • Collaborate with Global EIT team on IT initiatives
  • Travel between sites as needed to provide on-site support
  • Manage user requests, tracking tickets from incident to resolution
  • Log incidents and resolve operational anomalies
  • Prioritise requests based on importance, complexity, and urgency
  • Provide user assistance, including remote support

Requirements For HQ- IT Helpdesk Engineer

Linux
  • 2nd line support experience and system administration experience
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related applications
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and MDM solutions
  • Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
