Data Engineer III - Data Consumption, Access and SD - Chase UK

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be part of a flat-structure organization focused on architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining a cloud-native, web-scale data platform. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver robust, scalable, and sustainable data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Work with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Manage relational databases and complex data structures
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• Utilize Airflow for workflow management
• Automate testing and deployment processes

Required Skills:

• Strong Python and SQL expertise
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of data streaming and Spark framework
• 3+ years of software/data engineering experience
• STEM degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of CI/CD and automation
