Director of Software Engineering

As a Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset Management Alternatives Tech Team, you will be leading our India-based team. Your role will involve collaborating with business, product, and both global and local technology teams to deliver well-engineered solutions to complex business problems. You will be tasked with designing and building software to cater to the needs of Cross Alts Expense Management and Treasury Management. Additionally, you will lead AI/ML global deliverables for Alts Tech and utilize your knowledge, skills, and experience to promote positive impact.

The role requires strong technical leadership with 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years leading cross-functional teams. You'll be working with technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Python, AWS, and React while implementing best practices in agile development, CICD, and system design.
