Responsibilities For Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Network Rapid Response Team
- Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to network operations
- Works with other platforms to architect and implement changes
- Executes creative solutions for design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Partners with application and infrastructure teams to identify potential capacity risks
- Be primary point of contact for incident, problem, change management, and service delivery
- Acts independently and leverages critical thinking
- Resolves most nuances and determines appropriate escalation path
Requirements For Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Network Rapid Response Team
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related disciplines
- Minimally 10 years of Infrastructure and networking related experience
- Deep knowledge of site reliability engineering with focus on Networking
- CCIE or CCNP certification
- Deep knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Ansible etc.)
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies
- Ability to articulate complex technical findings to management
