Responsibilities For Software Engineer III
- Collaborate with a team of software engineers to work on basic to moderately complex tasks
- Participate in execution and implementation of processes and procedures
- Engage in successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Assist in building appropriate level designs
- Work on deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions
- Identify and report issues while escalating when necessary
- Support team in improving operational efficiencies and functionality
Requirements For Software Engineer III
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Experience working within SDLC including peer review, testing, and automated deployment
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code with API First mentality
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Basic knowledge of Java and UI development with React or Angular, TypeScript, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with messaging platforms like Kafka or MQ
- Exposure to automation tools and practices like Cucumber, TDD, and JIRA
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team at office
- Willingness to learn and be guided by senior team members
