Senior AI Product Engineer

Juro is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to join their team and help revolutionize the way people agree and manage contracts globally. As a key member of the AI/ML team, you'll be instrumental in defining, developing, and improving Juro's machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Role Overview:

• Guide backend AI strategy across data storage, model selection, RAG frameworks, and performance/training
• Develop interfaces for application teams to leverage data and systems
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party generative AI services
• Optimize and analyze AI/ML performance efficiency
• Work within a microservice architecture using Docker and Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques and agent-based solutions
• Implement and optimize RAG frameworks like autogen, crewAI, langchain/langgraph
• Apply advanced conversational patterns and techniques for LLM communication
• Utilize Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for machine learning tasks
• Work with HuggingFace and various model families
• Ensure data quality through effective cleaning techniques
• Conduct error analysis on models and devise improvement strategies
• Stay updated on the latest AI and ML advancements

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience with RAG techniques and successful delivery of RAG-based solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with HuggingFace and various model families
• Experience in data cleaning, error analysis, and model improvement
• Dedication to ongoing research in AI and ML advancements

Additional Skills (Bonus):

• Experience deploying models in production environments
• LLM training and hyperparameter tuning
• CUDA for GPU acceleration
• MongoDB and TypeScript knowledge
