As one of the earliest members of the data engineering team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of Kindred's data platform. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with deep knowledge of modern data tools and cloud-native ecosystems. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data infrastructure, building efficient data pipelines, and establishing best practices that will scale with the organization.
