Description For Senior Full Stack Engineer, Community

Kittl, a rapidly growing graphic design platform that has raised over $45M in funding, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Product Community team. This role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three office days per week. The company, which has grown to over 120 team members from 30+ countries, is transforming the graphic design industry as a modern alternative to traditional design tools.

The position focuses on scaling user-generated content and driving community-led growth. You'll be part of a cross-functional team including engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists. Your responsibilities will involve building systems that enable designers to publish high-quality content, enhance their visibility, and grow their presence on the platform. The role extends beyond basic publishing features to include developing tools for peer learning, feedback, and collaboration, ultimately fostering a vibrant creator ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of professional development experience, with strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Technical requirements include proficiency in testing (unit, integration, E2E), complex state management, SQL, and cloud services (AWS). The company offers an attractive benefits package including flexible working hours, WeWork access, remote work options, learning and development budget, and up to 30 vacation days per year.

Kittl's engineering-driven culture, combined with their rapid growth (millions of users within two years) and strong funding from investors who've backed companies like Slack, Dropbox, and Figma, makes this an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in the future of graphic design tools.
