Laminar Projects is seeking Clever Construction Engineers and Project Managers in the UK. We are an award-winning consultancy focused on implementing technology to improve complex construction project delivery. Our mission is to fully digitize construction and create an organization that enables human flourishing while delivering a huge positive impact on society.

As a Construction Engineer or Project Manager, you'll be part of our Project Management Consultancy, specifically the Project Planning Discipline Team. Your role involves owning project plans, ensuring effective execution, providing actionable reports, developing scalable solutions, and fostering personal and professional development within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Owning the project plan and ensuring effective execution
  2. Taking ownership of project outcomes
  3. Providing clear, actionable reports to stakeholders
  4. Developing scalable and repeatable best practices and tools
  5. Maximizing the development of your team and educating clients

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction projects
  • Proficient communication skills in English
  • Proactive leadership abilities
  • A track record of improving projects and organizations
