Laminar Projects is seeking Clever Construction Engineers and Project Managers in the UK. As a Construction Engineer or Project Manager, you'll be part of our Project Management Consultancy, specifically the Project Planning Discipline Team. Your role involves owning project plans, ensuring effective execution, providing actionable reports, developing scalable solutions, and fostering personal and professional development within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Owning the project plan and ensuring effective execution
2. Taking ownership of project outcomes
3. Providing clear, actionable reports to stakeholders
4. Developing scalable and repeatable best practices and tools
5. Maximizing the development of your team and educating clients

We're looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of experience in construction projects
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Proactive leadership abilities
• A track record of improving projects and organizations
