Senior AI/ML Engineer

Landeed is building India's fastest and most comprehensive property title search engine, addressing a critical need in the Indian real estate market where 84% of household wealth is in real estate but 2/3rds of court cases are land-related.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models powering our Search and document intelligence features. This high-impact role involves:

• Designing and implementing ML/DL models for NLP document parsing, text classification, and semantic search using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face frameworks
• Building NLP pipelines for document analysis, OCR, and entity extraction from legal/real estate records
• Working with Data Engineering to create efficient pipelines for processing large volumes of property data
• Integrating ML models with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for semantic search, auto-complete, and relevance ranking
• Staying current with AI/ML trends and experimenting with LLMs for document summarization and insights
• Implementing robust monitoring systems and optimizing inference pipelines
• Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams

The ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience focusing on NLP or search
• Strong Python skills and expertise with ML frameworks
• Experience with information retrieval technologies and cloud services
• Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization for MLOps
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
