Responsibilities For Sr Software Engineer, Frontend/Web UI Engineer
- Partner with design and product teams to translate vision into effective web experiences
- Architect, implement, and maintain web applications, including internal and external player facing applications
- Establish and champion processes, pipelines, and best practices for web development
- Identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and techniques
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers on frontend web development
Requirements For Sr Software Engineer, Frontend/Web UI Engineer
- B.S. (or higher) in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus. Native-level English proficiency preferred
- Experienced in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript with advanced knowledge of JavaScript
- Extensive experience using frameworks and patterns in large JavaScript applications
- Experience working with Web3 libraries (e.g., Ethers, Wagmi, Viem)
- Knowledge about blockchain concepts, smart contract interactions, wallet integrations
- Familiarity with Design Systems and Frameworks such as Tailwind, MaterialUI, ChakraUI
- Experience writing tests (unit-, integration- and end-to-end)
- Strong grasp of fundamental web and browser principles
- Cross-browser development and debugging skills
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
