AI Engineering Manager

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead a team of 5 AI engineers focused on delivering impact through the Talent Marketplace. This role is part of the Marketplace Agentic Horizontal AI team, which is at the center of LinkedIn's largest business line, driving billion-dollar-level business impact and helping hundreds of millions of members find their next job.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, with experience in recommendation systems, deep learning, knowledge graphs, and natural language processing. They will be responsible for defining data-driven product/technology strategic roadmaps, building scalable AI innovations, and growing a world-class team of passionate engineers.
