This role involves working on ad experiences within the Lyft app and out-of-home displays like tablets behind driver seats and car-top displays.
The ideal candidate will guide architecture, design, quality, and best practices for the digital ads platform. Key responsibilities include defining technical roadmaps, architecting solutions, writing well-tested code, conducting code reviews, and leading cross-team initiatives.
Requirements include 5+ years of software engineering experience in the ad industry, proficiency in object-oriented programming, and experience with distributed systems. The role demands expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI tools, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
