Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Martin is building a revolutionary consumer product - an AI personal assistant like JARVIS. Unlike Siri and Alexa, which are voice interfaces that help you use your phone faster, Martin's mission is to replace your human assistant by executing complex projects autonomously across scheduling, email, project management, phone calls, and more.

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be joining a team of 2 college dropouts in SF. The culture is fun and casual, but with extreme urgency and intensity. The team works long hours with the product as their top priority, shipping in 2-week engineering cycles.

Key Technical Challenges:

• Creating long term memory systems for the AI
• Optimizing Martin's chain of thought and reasoning pipeline for speed and accuracy
• Developing proactive task surfacing capabilities throughout the user journey

Requirements:

• 4+ years coding experience across diverse technical problems
• Ability to build full stack applications from scratch
• Quick learner who can rapidly pick up new technologies
• Comfortable tackling any technical challenge
• Willing to wear multiple hats including customer support
• Experience with LLMs is a plus
